Starting from May 2023, our company's Xiamen Yingxin Electric Volunteer Service Team, in conjunction with Xiamen Tongxin Social Work Center, will investigate the hidden safety hazards of electricity use in the homes of isolated and impoverished families in the jurisdiction of Xiyuan Village. Starting from May 10th, we will provide free electrical line renovation for the isolated and impoverished groups, while encouraging and guiding other residents to make self improvements.

Most of the houses in old residential buildings are made of adobe or stone, with the majority of residents being elderly people. Lonely and impoverished elderly people lack common knowledge about electricity safety when living at home, and there are safety hazards in some electrical locations inside the houses.

Yingxin Electric has specially dispatched professional electrical workers to lead volunteers, carrying professional tools for renovation, to conduct professional evaluation and inspection of old residential lines, and to rectify safety hazards.

After confirming the power outage of the entire household, the volunteers worked together and completed the electrical wiring renovation work for three impoverished families on May 10th. This improved the quality of life for these families, reduced the risks associated with electrical wiring, and enhanced their knowledge of safe electricity usage.

The volunteers were busy until night was approaching, and the hidden electrical hazards in the home of the elderly person who was trapped in loneliness were renovated and revitalized. Before leaving, the volunteers also thoughtfully popularized relevant safety electricity knowledge to the elderly, reminding them to pay attention to electricity safety, not to pile up and place debris randomly, and to contact relevant staff in a timely manner if any abnormalities were found.

Next, the Xiamen Yingxin Electric Volunteer Service Team will continue to deepen the implementation of public welfare activities such as the "micro renovation" plan for isolated and impoverished families, pay attention to the practical needs of the vast number of isolated and impoverished families, solve their "urgent, difficult, worried, and hopeful" problems, continuously improve their sense of happiness and security, and jointly build a new pattern of "co construction, co governance, and sharing", so that isolated and impoverished families can truly feel the love and warmth from all sectors of society, and transmit the "warm light" of Yingxin Electric Enterprise.
