This inspection comprehensively inspected the office premises, fire equipment, production and operation sites, storage materials, and other aspects of various departments of the company, focusing on safety hazards, fire control measures, spare parts management, personnel production and equipment "5S" management standardization rectification, etc., involving office area hygiene, office desktop, desk and public area item placement, fire safety and environmental facilities, safety slogans, display board posting standards, and other aspects.
Inspection process
The 5S inspection team of Yingxin Electric carefully inspects the situation at every location according to the "5S" management implementation plan, especially in the surrounding environment of the production workshop, corners and dead corners, garbage collection points and other areas that have not been effectively cleaned for a long time. They propose rectification plans for key problems found during the inspection process and provide suggestions on how to carry out the next step of management work well.
Inspection results
After inspection, the on-site management of the company's "5S" has greatly improved compared to before, with significant improvements in organization and rectification. However, due to different implementation efforts among departments, there are still some gaps in management effectiveness compared to before. The inspection team will notify each department of the inspection results and request that rectification be completed within a specified period of time.
Finally, the inspection team put forward three requirements for the results: 1. High attention should be paid to safety hazards, fire management, and personnel operation "5S" management work, highlighting key points, grasping difficulties, achieving full participation and team cooperation, and gradually promoting various work. 2. To develop a practical and feasible work plan and schedule based on the actual situation, ensuring that the "5S" management work is carried out smoothly according to the time and nodes. 3. We need to strengthen communication and learning, strive to align with quality benchmarks, timely summarize experience and achievements, and jointly improve the "5S" management level of Yingxin.
The inspection team of Yingxin Electric will regularly conduct 5S management inspections in various departments of production and office in the future, aiming to make "5S" management a basic management method for all employees of Yingxin Electric to participate in and jointly manage, creating a safe, warm, clean, environmentally friendly and people-oriented working environment.
